I have far fewer than szihn and I mostly hunt M70's and Kimbers. Even so, I still like my Mausers. My gunsmith thinks the .308 Norma is particularly well made.

FN 98K 1940 vintage. Sporterized and rebarreled to .35 Whelen, wood and plastic stocks, Gentry 3-positon safety, removeable peep and iron sights as well as a 2-7 Leupy.
FN commercial 98 Mauser, factory .308 Norma Mag, side safety, by Interarms. Scope is a 3-9x40 Leupold with LR dots.
I would like a LW .270 next.
