Not yet. Biden does have to initiate the mask mandate and lock down the country, per the experts. That way when the economy crashes he can say he built it back up.
As for covid, he can say he cured it but he won't be around when it flares up.
They will use covid as long as they can to try and control us. They already found out what works in the last 6 months or so
