Not yet. Biden does have to initiate the mask mandate and lock down the country, per the experts. That way when the economy crashes he can say he built it back up.
As for covid, he can say he cured it but he won't be around when it flares up.

Don’t worry while DJT is still President we will get the doom and gloom updates but in 6 months you won’t hear a word on it. All these experts will start telling a different narrative .
