If yes, did those hospitals ramp up for all of the procedures that were put off March-August due to COVID where most hospitals had cut their staff [massively] and curtailed what were THEN non-life threatening procedures? The above created a doubling effect due to a spike in COVID paired with the overwhelming need of many of these 'off put procedures' yet the MSM will tout it all as overwhelmed by COVID.
