The modified adenovirus enters the cell and travels to the nucleus where it injects this DNA. You passed up my ability to understand how this ''vaccine'' works with your first sentence. I am going to take my chances without getting this experiment. I guess we'll know in a few years about the long term side effects which I suspect are almost certain to be bad. Not to mention a bunch have already had some pretty bad short term coincidences with their shots. Like blood clots and/or dead.
