Having a card to unlock a pump to get gas.
Sounds like alot of .gov everyday intrusion into life that has been accepted as the norm thru long term normalization of behavior to me.
You really don’t know what a card lock is that’s hard to believe. Pacific Pride,CFN and others you have a account and get billed monthly and not every groid with no credit gets them and has nothing to do with.gov all private businesses
