FWIW, I had total right shoulder replacement 1-6-20.
Do the therapy, do the therapy!!!!

Do NOT overdo it.

When I finally tried shooting again, I started with 22LR for months, to let heal and build back technique.

Gradually increased through to deer rifles.

I just shot a couple coyotes with a 458 Win Mag.
No problems, but not going keep doing that either.
