Tell me that again after lightning fries your water pump or your fridge/freezer conks out.
That’s home maintenance; not an emergency. Happens all the time. Be prepared for it.
Yeah, be prepared for lightning strikes and any other natural disasters that might arise. Such things are not emergencies. LOL
I’m just telling you what I do. I drive what I can pay for. I live in what I can pay for. When it breaks, I fix or replace it. It isn’t a big deal if you aren’t making payments.
