The whole place (helotes) sucks now because of population influx and dummies doing road work to make things smoother but makes it worse.
It takes about 25 minutes to go from Scenic Loop/16 to HEB at 1604/16 because of traffic lights and funky intersections. Thats about 3 miles !
I avoid SA at all costs.
Hell, when headed NW, it's quicker to go through Austin now.
That's saying a lot... 281 out of SA was a nightmare last time.
