You know, he's not dying in some nursing home or hospital but here at home with the people who love him taking care of him, I make no excuses for that.
I missed my dad's passing, I was headed to get him out of the hospital and take him home when the doc called me. He just stopped. Wanted him at home but that's the way it goes sometimes.
