Hey you guys, what is your meatloaf recipe? My wife doesn't have the hang of it, it tastes great but crumbles. I like left over meatloaf sandwiches and would prefer one slice between two slices of bread.
The one I posted is pretty plain:
1lb ground lamb 1lb ground beef (lean) Cumin Salt Pepper 1 chopped onion Two tablespoons minced garlic Two or three eggs Bread crumbs. (probably two cups but no idea really) Worfugker sauce
If her recipe is crumbling she just needs more bread crumbs.
Not sure my lady would condone a ground up lamb, but thanks anyhow.
Where the fugk does anybody get ground lamb....oh that's right south Florida.
