Most of what GA has posted points to an extreme lack of knowledge and experience. Nothing wrong with that, we were all there at one time in our lives. The sad part is he won't listen to some very good advice offered up by those that have actually been there, done that and is incapable of accepting that many of his preconceived ideas are wrong. He's trying to hide his ignorance with his arrogance, thus proving both.
