Sorry to hear that. I know what your going through and it’s a gut punch you can’t explain. Lost a dog quail hunting above Lone Pine CA and spent the day looking. Ended the day going to all the campsites and asking people to watch for our dog. Got a call a few hours later and went to pick him up at there camp and two college girls were holding him in their laps feeding him grilled chicken in front of their campfire and he’s looking at me like “that’s ok I’ll stay with them tonight” was embarrassing having to literally drag him away to the kennel in the back of the truck. Good luck, we are all praying for Scout to come home safe.
