He’s just bleating to his sheep. The SCOTUS decision cut them off at the knees on most of this stuff. States and cities will keep on trying and defending their unconstitutional laws with your money, but until they pack the court or otherwise take it over, it’s just legal masturbation.
I expect to see licensing requirements like the Illinois FOID and the new Oregon law go down in flames too, since they require state approval for exercising a constitutional right. Not overnight, but eventually.
