There are basically two ways for the Democrats to play this .
1) The same way they always have, use GC as campaign fodder with no real desire to complete the threat. Accomplishing their proposals would remove a powerful arrow in their quiver.
Remember, Obama had both Houses AND a 60 seat majority in the Senate and did not propose legislation at that time, ask yourself “why”.
2) Now that Elections no longer matter, the need for campaign fodder is dwindling. So maybe it’s time for them to get serious.
The Democrats play the long game, always have. They have two years+ Years to get this done.
The first thing they will do is steal the Senate GA runoff election.
Next they will vote to remove the Filibuster rule.
Once they remove that, they have plenty of time to propose legislation in the House, legislation that many so called Republicans will support.
Remember what Pelosi said after the election.
“In the next Congress, House Democrats will continue to play a leading role in supporting President Biden’s agenda—with strong leverage over a scant Republican majority,”
Once the RINO approved bill passes the House it’s on to the Filibuster Free Senate for easy passage.
And while all of this is happening they will be either taking steps to Pack the Supreme Court, or more likely assassinate Clarence Thomas.
