A 2 MOA gun turned into a 1 MOA gun?

Barnes have not been has accurate at all times for me has Bergers,
But we are talking hunting bullets/accuracy here,

Not sure hammers will turn a 2MOA gun into a 1MOA gun but my experience with them has been minimal load development yielding great accuracy and not picky about seating depth. The rifle I’m shooting them in was under MOA with all powder charges in my initial test.
Also their terminal performance has been excellent on game.
