Marc I've purchased 2 sleeping bags from you as well as your book and waders. I like your equipment but your attitude toward unsatisfied customers leaves much to be desired. Suffice it to say I am hesitant to purchase anything from you again nor can I recommend you to anyone. Customer satisfaction is a key to success.
You need to read the whole thread before jumping to conclusions about Marc Taylors customer service. I can assure you, I and many people I know have done business with him and he has never treated us with disrespect.
