60# @ 28" for my Jerry Hill longbow 55# @ 28" for my Bear takedown recurve 45# @ 28" for my Martin recurve for treestand or low ground blind shooting.
I only use fixed, two bladed broadheads e.g. Zwickey or Magnus. 125gr for the 45# recurve, the others get a 140-145gr.
