Every processor around me have signs posted that meat not picked up within 7-10 days(depends on processor) will be sold. They have limited room to store the meat and need it picked up unless other arrangements are made beforehand. Would serve you right to get there and find out the guy sold it...but then again, who wastes good deer meat to make friggin bologna??
