Having thought about it more, I guess I eat lots of inner goodies. Foie gras, pate, fish roe, lobster roe, pig intestines fried, stewed and boiled (menudo, pho, etc)... Don't have any pics, but haggis and kidney pie also fit the bill...

Long live the organ eaters: they've got GUTS! Ba dum DUM! wink
