I'm not jealous, but I am envious.
Your new shop will be the "best of the best" without a doubt! The floor heat will be your best friend...............I have worked in shops that had it and they were wonderful!
Best of luck to you sir, you deserve it for the excellent work that you do...........I only wish that I was younger than I am and that I could afford to build such a fine shop. I am a car guy, and love to dabble in all the facets of the trade, but lack the facilities required.
