Clearly I may have to dust off a secret weapon for the PD shoot. Perhaps one that makes range irrelevant
For the kiddos, I'll throw out that the .300 Blackout AR is very mild to shoot, especially with subsonic loads, and has an adjustable stock. So that's available, if those supervising the kids think it would work. I'll need to roll up a batch of subsonic loads for it, but that's no big deal.
