The Remington 600 series is one of the handiest rifles ever made IMO and are usually very accurate. I had a 600 Mohawk chambered in 222 that I used for a gopher/PD rifle and meat shoot gun for a lot of years, I won freezers full of meat with that little outfit.

My all time favorite though was the 660, it had a 20 inch barrel and a nicer walnut stock than the Mohawks.
