SKane is dead on the the money. We have been fu&@ked because Voorhes is who signed for my check. Not Nelson Clyde.
You need to go after the financial institution that cashed your check if it was endorsed by a different name than who the check was made out to. Get the bank involved that your check was made through, and get your money back.
