I cant help you get your money out but a buddy of mine is LE with Iowa City PD, I'll send him a text this morning and see what he can do, will likely end up being a civil matter though.
I'll pm you my info that you can pass on to him as well if it will help. I'd guess 2 cases is more to stack against him....
Its actually more than that. He was doing this several months ago over on LRH(unfortunately yeh details on that thread were wiped after a software upgrade). Several cases might be enough for Detectives to take a closer look at.
