I only have three .22 auto rifles, a 10-22, a nylon 66 and a (Belgian) Browning. Gave the 10-22 to a grandson a few years back. It was a nice one, made when they still put walnut stocks on them. I shot a lot of treed coons and trapped foxes with it. The 66 and the Browning I got because they were what I would liked to have had when I was a kid. I just use them for plinking. A friend has a Stevens with the slots in the receiver and a pretty long barrel. I used it a lot as a kid and it seems I couldn't miss with that rifle.
