A millionaire on paper does not necessarily make you rich. The land and equipment are necessary to farm. The equipment is part of the retirement. But I guess everybody thinks farmers are supposed to work till death so they don’t need retirement. If sum of you guys think it’s so easy just round up about 5 million and give it a go. Ed k
