true enough. to be able to receive a good subsidy pymnt is a good thing.
to have to pay it hurts the hound out of the working taxpayer.
the problem is gov't doesn't have a clue as to how to extract itself from the ag. production system.
so, they just keep on paying, and hoping the shelves don't go bare.
