I chit you not there was a Winnemucca section up last summer for like $65K.
That would be a good price for land...anywhere but Winnemucca. A couple years ago we drove around Mtn Home, ID just to see what was there. There are lots of acreages with bare land. And I mean BARE. There's no water available so they're all dirt and weeds.
