It will never come to shooting and rebellion. All the internet commandos will talk much and do nothing. However, to assume that the Senate will not convict is a really bad assumption. The amount of money that will be available for the right vote will be staggering. And the Senate leader, McConnell, is and has been for sale since day one. There is nothing they will not do if the price is right.
