I talked to the local UPS office about sending a floor mounted New Hermes engraver. They said let us package it for you for $125. The fellow that was getting it was very happy with that. Of course it was damaged in shipping and he had a lot of photos. I filed a claim and they refused it saying it wasn't packed properly. I blew a gasket and said you A$$ wholes packaged it. Yes, I got an attorney and eventually got my money and attorney's fee. I refunded funds to my buddy and he fixed his $1500 machine for $20. He ended up being the real winner.
