I ordered a pair of Vortex binoculars for my youngest son from Cabela’s for Christmas. Ordered on cyber Monday and Fedex said it was delivered Dec. 6th. It wasn’t. The wife was here all day. No package.
I just got off of the phone with Cabela’s customer service and they’ve got another pair on the way free of charge.
In 25 years of ordering all manners of items this is only the second time this has happened.........both times Fedex!
