I have run into this before; it is to make people pay for the faster service types instead of getting expedited delivery for no extra charge. Supply logistics are so fast these days it is sometimes unbelievable. I ordered a tube of some special sealant (then living in Alaska), order placed about 5 pm Central time (shipped from Dallas) We had it in Kodiak the next day.
