I'm a coyote junkie, irregularly rotate between the 22 WMR, 218 Bee, 222 Rem(2), 223, 22-204, 5.6x50R, 22-250(2), 5.6x52R, 6x45mm, 6mm-204, 25-204, 6.5x58R Sauer and 6.5 Grendel and I have a 20 Practical in the works It should be out killing coyotes by the end of the month. The oddball metrics are on combo guns that I use in the brush. The 22 WMR and 218 Bee are used when targeting fox and cats with coyotes secondary. My goto's for pelts are the 222 Rem and 22-204 the 20 Practical will go in here also. The others are used when pelts are not worth anything/control work.
