I've really tried to cut back.


No hard liquor and beer maybe twice a week.


My problem with alcohol is that it doesn't create any problems. Much improves my mood and I never miss work drink and drive or anything like that. People are always telling me, Sam you need a beer...

Will admit I love a good buzz................


But I am worried about longterm health issues so instead of say +30 pack of beer a week I'm shooting for a 12 pack.



If I go 4-5 days with no booze I feel fricken energized and my overall mood/ambition/patience is really in a better place.
