His head is violently knocked back and to the left, then slowly slumps forward.
Slow-motion, His head goes slightly forward on impact, (around frame 315) , then springs back after impact.

In the film, you see Jackie stand up and start crawling over the back of the seat towards the trunk. She was attempting to retrieve JFK brains from back there.
I remember it as Jackie trying to retrieve a decent size piece of his skull.
