With respect, I don't think your friends can consistently hit a 10" bull at 200 yards and, if they can, why waste time shooting groups off the bench. Unless, of course, they are a competitive bench rest shooter. Don't blame me. I voted for Trump. Democrats would burn this country to the ground, if they could rule over the ashes.
