KWFA, I am truly sorry that you are in this position. That really sucks. My older brother is in a similar situation as he works for the Bonneville Power Administration which is a Federal Government job. He is fortunate to have enough sick leave built up such that he can take the last 7 weeks of the year off (just before their mandate deadline) and will start working with a private power company on January 3. He will retire from BPA after 30 or 31 years and be making more money at the new company.
