I own a couple of the Kershaw 1993-2 VG10 Japan knives and find them to be an excellent folder. The Kershaw is in its own class, more of a scalpel as compared to a heavy-duty Benchmade. That said I ordered a Watchman 1502 based on your post, I was surprised with the quality, better than I expected, especially for the price. Going to have fun with this one and use it harder than my unobtainium Kershaw's.
By the way I was of the impression that Moki made these knives for Kershaw.
