Rick: I have quite a few 1911s all Colts save one; A Nighthawk. That would be my choice. I'm sure all the ones you mentioned are functionally superb as are the Nighthawks, so aesthetics did it for me.. Just saw your post, VERY nice pistol. Congrats, amigo!
