The Food Pyramid is WRONG. All that sugar, wheat, grains, and carbs in general make you fat.

A person can get away with it if they are exercising often and well, but today's youth have a tendency to sit on their butt playing video games in mommy's basement.

It's simple, ask yourself what is different from growing up in the 70's. The food is poisoning us and the lack of exercise is a major factor.
