A person can get away with it if they are exercising often and well, but today's youth have a tendency to sit on their butt playing video games in mommy's basement.

It's simple, ask yourself what is different from growing up in the 70's. The food is poisoning us and the lack of exercise is a major factor.

I made major changes to my diet about 4 years ago.
I avoid carbs like the devil.
Lost a whole bunch of weight and feel great at 61 years old.
At 6'2 and 195 I think those BMI charts are garbage too.
It's all about willpower.
