I strongly believe that overall, the good guys outnumber the butt-heads by a very wide margin. So, is there a problem with having a 'bad guy' or feedback list? Possible slander-type repercussions? If it could be proven that an individual had not delivered goods as promised, why not add that person to a list. I don't see it as any worse than 'feedback' like ebay uses, and it would be a lot easier to keep track of scam artists that way than looking through the good guy list to see if they're there - especially if one of the good guys you were considering doing biz with hadn't made it to the list yet.
