ROMAC is as good as they come. Short version: I bought a shotgun from him and the stock cracked in shipment. From the initial notification until the final resolution, Roger was quick to respond, extremely fair and always followed thru. What could have quickly turned into an ugly scene, was instead handled very professionally given the unfortunate nature of the situation. He ended up out-of-pocket, but that "investment" (with no chance to recoup), has polished his name and reputation to be better than gold in my eyes.
