It'll probably be no surprise to anyone, but I'm in the middle of a transaction with UTAH708 and to this point the entire process has gone perfectly. Great communicator and good natured, he's done everything to make this deal easy and fair. My only gripe would be that he was absolutely stubborn in not wanting to trade something - anything, no matter how small or insignificant for my ex-wife!!! Oh well...
