Guess that whole "tastes like chicken" part went right over your head, huh? I mean, what's a bigfoot maybe weigh - 300lb easy? Let's say a third of that is edible meat. That's like a hundred ph'n pounds of chicken, man, boom. Who wants to eat deer all winter?

p.s. in all seriousness, am not worried about the shoot/don't shoot situation ever occurring, and if it does, I got bigger problems.
Nope, satire did not go over my head. Just don't think if a man is ever in such a situation such as described by the OP that he should jump to a shoot situation. Evidently my response was enough to trigger the moderators to begin with on this site. so I need to be carefull with what I say. My stance is that if you were ever given the chance to observe an animal that rare and he was of no danger to you, why would you kill him/her?
