Two hours later union guy returns from lunch accompanies contractor to machine. 15 min later told stop work as union member's break. he stops working and waits. An hour later union member returns and says come back next day to finish 30 min repair.

Why is Boeing leaving Washington state again?

Because they want all employees union and non union to take a 40 to 60% cut in pay. They have already forced many IT works out by outsourcing and they leave and go to the new company many times in the same place they worked the day before for 40 to 60% less. It sure would be interest to know who really owns those outsource companies and how much money is flowing back into the hands up upper bOEING management?
