Things were so good at bOEING in 1999 the non union salaried employees damn near voted in a union. That doesn't happen in good companies. Not that a union was the real answer but sometimes people get tired of being treated like [bleep]!
After the vote failed bOEING startd the mass outsourcing of IT.
