Pugs what you say is very true. The problem is you need to figure out who is going to F you less. Guess that's why I have never belonged to a union. I did believe in one thing while I was working make yourself so valuable they can't afford to lose you. When I left my last job I made it look so easy they thought they would just push my job onto another person. Before long things were not going well and the high level customers where complaining. They hired three people to replace me. Now that really tickled. They had sent me an email in the form of a questionaire asking if I'd consider coming back to work. I told them in the comments section I didn't think the CEO would agree to someone in the company making more money than him.
