A Browning BPS with 3" turkey loads or 2-3/4" sabotage slugs in a rifled barrel is a beast from a bench. My Rem. Model 7 carbine in .350 Rem. Mag. with 200 gr. loads has less felt recoil than most 30-06 165 or 180 gr. loads that I have shot. The Model 7 has a well-designed stock.
